December will be an exciting month for Bayliss 75'! Before Christmas, she'll be clad in final topcoat, the last large milestone before her tower install and eventually, sea trials.

Inside and down below, the details on this build are really flying together. Teak wainscoting is being installed along the spacious companionway, where the pattern is bold and impressive - a seamless match for the remainder of the teak patterns throughout this build. Both the headboards and valences in the Master and VIP staterooms are installed, creating bold focal points in already-exquisite spaces. Pocket doors are being hung in certain spaces, including the Master stateroom, as well as the pantry and dayhead. If you can believe it, we've already begun installing padded panels in the lower staterooms!

On the upper level, November brought great progress on teak details, as well as placement and installation of galley appliances. The uniqueness of the center island is creating a commanding galley space; the arched appliance arrangement is pleasing and simple. Mid-month, the transition to the lower level was made official with the installation of the companionway handrail and solid teak stairs.

Outside, Bayliss 75' is transforming just as fast. The coverboards have been sanded and shaped, while faux teak application has begun on the drip molding and toe rail. The faux teak helm pod? Complete, and already installed. The flybridge console is looking more like the finished thing each day, too; the frame for the electronics components is complete, while the lid glass has been installed, as well.
