Blue View looks different this month! The once-open forward area has taken shape - the interior walls are up! As such, we are seeing our first live glimpse of the lower-level stateroom layout, which will be comprised of four staterooms, and four-and-a-half heads.
Our paint crew is working towards final paint in the engine room area, as we prepare for Blue View's engine install at month's end. Elsewhere, the gyro surround has been constructed in the lazarette area, and the anchor locker buildout is beginning up forward.
Once the interior walls are cut to the proper height, we will jump on installing the carlings, the latitudinal pieces that give the first shape and crown to the bow deck. Other construction on Blue View will include the lazarette deck, as well as continued buildout in the pump room area. We are off to the races with this one - keep your eyes peeled for developments!
