Riviera to showcase new yachts at the Japan International Boat Show

Australia's premium luxury motor yacht builder, Riviera, will proudly showcase its blue-water 43 Open Flybridge model in conjunction with Riviera and Belize representative Unimat Precious at the Japan International Boat Show in Yokohama over four days from Thursday, March 7.
Unimat Precious representative Mitsuru Ishii said he and his team are honoured to showcase this supremely seaworthy motor yacht to the Japanese boating community at the Yokohama Bayside Marina.
Mr Ishii said that the sporty and adventurous Riviera 445 SUV will be Premiered at a special sea trial event at Velasis Marina over the weekend after the show, 16 and 17 March.
"The Riviera 43 Open Flybridge and 445 SUV are both perfectly suited for Japan's motor yachting enthusiasts," said Mr Ishii. "These model seamlessly combine powerful fishability with superb entertainment capabilities.

Riviera 43 Open Flybridge - on display at the Japan International Boat Show
The Riviera 43 Open Flybridge incorporates great function and style within a supremely seaworthy hull.
A versatile motor yacht, she offers an extremely fishable cockpit, relaxing lifestyle design and spirited and economical performance through Volvo Penta IPS propulsion.
Riviera owner Rodney Longhurst said: "Her alfresco design includes a glass awning window and sliding glass door that, together, open to create a seamless transition between the expansive cockpit and contemporary interior.
"The main saloon is both elegant and practical, with an ergonomic aft galley that is fully equipped with appliances and places the chef at the heart of social activities on board. The starboard U-shaped leather lounge surrounds a generous hi-lo-dining table that folds and lowers to become a coffee table or extra bed."
On the accommodation deck the master stateroom forward features a queen-sized island bed and ensuite bathroom. The full-beam midships guest stateroom features three adult-sized beds, two of which can slide together to create a double. This stateroom has private access to the second bathroom as an ensuite or can be separated to allow this bathroom to serve as the day head.
The flybridge, accessed from the cockpit via Riviera's unique stair-ladder, offers 360-degree vision with minimal interruption thanks to the structural hardtop canopy.
Riviera 445 SUV Premiere in Japan March 16 and 17
The versatile 445 SUV will have her Japan Premiere at a special sea trial event at Velasis Marina on March 16 and 17. This stunning Riviera yacht offers myriad options to suit specific boating requirements – from recreational cruising and luxury entertaining to serious deep-sea fishing, with a hull and cockpit drawn from the sea-kindly Riviera Flybridge collection and the single level living attributes so well loved in the Riviera Sport Yachts.

Superior power and performance for both the 43 Open Flybridge and 445 SUV is provided by the twin Volvo Penta D6 -IPS600s with in-line six-cylinder 5.5 litre common-rail diesels which are both turbo and supercharged for incredible low RPM response producing 320kW/435hp working together with the perfectly matched IPS 2 pod drives with twin counter-rotating propellers. Thee engines and drives deliver very impressive fuel efficiency, low noise levels, long cruising range, high top-end speed and exceptional manoeuvrability.
