The last few weeks have been eventful in the hull shop for Overtime (Bayliss 67'). With the jig base together, the hull jigs were set into place and secured.
While the hull jig was being assembled, the stem was laminated separately on the stem jig and then shaped. With the hull jig assembled and secured, the hull carpentry crew installed the bow stem and laminated the keel and stringers. Both the chine and sheer logs are in the process of being laminated in place.
The flybridge was flipped and installed onto the cabin. Handrails at the top of the cabin are also being installed and shaped. In the coming weeks, we can expect the cabin window trim will be installed!
