January has been packed with teak installations within the interior of Blue View. Cabinetry fabrication and installation continues to progress. Everything from sofa bases to window trim and valances are in the works within the cabinetry shop.
Within the lower levels, stateroom doors have been hung, and the teak chair surround and cabinetry within the master stateroom has been installed. Each head has received granite vanity counters as well as sink and shower fixtures.
At January's end, the teak floor borders were installed within the companionway and teak wainscoting installations began. The galley and lower levels of Blue View were just tented off for floor installations and sanding.
The pump room configuration is taking shape as various components are secured in their final locations, including the heat exchange system, low pressure pumps, and water maker.
