With the latest 18.3 software release, Active Imaging, our clearest imaging ever with a longer range than any other structure-imaging technology is now compatible with HDS Carbon displays.

For HDS Carbon owners, upgrading to an Active Imaging 3-in-1 (med/high CHIRP sonar, DownScan and SideScan) or 2-in-1 (DownScan and SideScan) transducer will allow you to more clearly identify fish holding structure like rockbars, timber, weedbeds, ditches and drop-offs all at a greater distance from your boat.

Upgrading is easy, with the Active Imaging transducer sharing the same transom mounting hardware as the StructureScan HD, StructureScan 3D and TotalScan transducers.
