Responding to feedback from users globally, the popular boating app NEBO has released a host of new features aiming to build a safer and more connected global boating community.

Primarily designed as a tool to automate logging boating voyages with advanced geofencing technology, NEBO's new features make it easier than ever to find, connect and interact with boating friends.

Nebo isn't a broad social platform like Facebook, but rather a specific platform for boating communities. NEBO is all about sharing boating experiences, not cute cat videos!

By connecting with like-minded boaters within NEBO, skippers can share voyages and photos, ask questions, or simply arrange sunset drinks.

Sharing can happen automatically, or skippers can choose what and when to share.

Friends are identified on Nebo's mapping interface with a distinctive yellow icon, so they're easy to find and communicate with.

Importantly, skippers can decide not to interact with friends in Nebo, and still enjoy all of Nebo's voyage logging functionality.

Since its launch in 2017, Nebo has become the most useful boating app available. These new features will cement that position.

Feedback is actively sought for Nebo's already rich feature roadmap, and can be directed to info@nebo.global.

Free download and further information is available at www.nebo.global, or search for "Nebo" on the Apple or Android stores.
