Oh and if anyone needs any (non technical) help with the PYS please feel free to pm me. I have not been involved with anything to do with setting the website up and know very little about computers, but I have been using the system with some success for a while now, nearly a year at a guess, so know most of the bugs with it.

Likewise if you are a club that is interested in doing electronic returns and would like some support or have some questions please feel free to get in touch too.

Chris

Just to add to my first post in a more positive and helpful manner;

Thanks to Chrisg I have learnt the black art of loading data into the new electronic PY system. I have managed to get an entire years results for a fast handicap, slow handicap and cruiser fleet into the system an it appears to be working.

The system does have quirks and bugs that will I hope gradually be ironed out, so get registered and get your returns in. Chrisg and myself are happy to help out as most of the problems have been encountered before.

I guess the more voices on here describing their experiences with the software the more likely we are to get it developed into something thats easy, effective and robust.

Cheers

Paul
