Skipper Editing

   1. My index finger thinks a double click opens what the cursor is pointing at. When I want to make a change to a competitor I often double click on their entry line. This makes them disappear. Is there a way to either stop them disappearing or make them open for editing?
2. When I want to make a new competitor I hit edit/new competitor. I get a blank new competitor. Then I have to edit that [blank] competitor to populate it. It seems to me that if I want a new competitor it should come up ready to be filled in.

The "new competitor like selected" works great, when I remember to use it. Sometimes there is enough difference between my new competitor that "... like selected" isn't all that useful. And I always have a nagging fear that I will leave the Albacore handicap in there for a 505.
