The C Scow National Championship was hosted on the beautiful Delavan Lake with sixty-three teams attending from thirteen different local fleets. Peter Keck placed his name on the C Scow National Championship trophy for the fourth time (2018, 2014, 2005, 1997).

Keck and crew Ben Porter battled tough competition including four past National Champions (Gluek, Skotarzak, Eckert and Reilly). Keck's N-181 was by far the most consistent. They started out their domination with a bullet in the first race and never took their foot off the pedal, finishing with a 2, 3, 2, 7 and no need to sail the last race. This year's National Championship saw North clients finish 1,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10. Unparalleled performance.

North Sails continues to bring the fastest speeds to customers' C Scows. Ultra-fast in any condition, the I-1 Gold Mainsail consistently powers the top boats at C Scow championships. For the best combination of pointing ability and pure speed, the I-1 Gold is far ahead of the competition. Specifically designed for inland racing and winds up to 20 knots, its breakthrough design has increased fullness for power and still holds control when the wind comes up.
