On the eve of the Melbourne Summer Boat Show, exhibitors and visitors will notice a host of changes to its image and intent – a refresh to convey the theme 'spectacular stories start with a boat'.
As BIAV general manager, Steven Gill explains: 'The BIA board has invested in rebranding the Melbourne Summer Boat Show. The new look and feel is fresh and clean with a new tag line: 'Spectacular stories start with a boat'. The supporting TV and Radio media campaign is fresh and based on exaggerated stories of real people on boats.'
The rebrand includes an over haul of the website with a new bright creative to reflect the summer element of the Melbourne boat show. The creative TVCs were devised by The Sphere Agency.
'We have received very good support from exhibitors and are praying for the Melbourne weather gods to shine on the show,' says Gill. 'There will be plenty of colour and movement to attract potential customers.'
