Sail-World.com : A slick new look for the Burke Wetsuit Boot and Sneaker
A slick new look for the Burke Wetsuit Boot and Sneaker

'Slick New Burke Wetsuit Boot and Sneaker.'    Burke Marine

The new Burke Wetsuit Boot and Sneaker range has just hit the market with a slick new look. On first inspection, the range certainly catches the eye with its new, sleek jet black/carbon colour scheme and panelling. But like all great products, this new range remains true to its core, high performance features that have made it a mainstay around Australian waters.

The key to its design is its supple, rubber-compound sole that allows for a more fluid contact with the surface, giving the wearer greater traction and flexibility than the standard PU based soles. The sole also includes water-dispersing channels that reduce aquaplaning. Its extended front panel and heel reinforcement adds extra support and protection for hiking, while its soft, neoprene upper insulates the feet from the cold. The non-corroding zip on the Boot and Velcro strap on the Sneaker offers further support and allows the Boot/Sneaker to be easily slipped on and off. The range’s new aesthetic and tried-and-tested performance features will no doubt appeal to dinghy sailors, sailboarders, rock fishermen or anyone just slopping about the water and foreshore.

Sizing ranges from 3XS (US4) to 3XL (US12) for both the Boot and Sneaker.

Wetsuit Boot (BOO91): RRP $46.00.
Wetsuit Sneaker (SNE92): RRP $34.00.

Available from all leading marine stores.
